Jamie's journey into manufacturing started in 2016 as a MANUFACTURING 2000 (M2K) pre-apprentice, and then continued when she accepted a full-time position and apprenticeship with Aerotech. She became a journey worker and is now the Training Leader where she teaches new employees through the Aerotech apprenticeship program.
